As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the charge in attracting and securing top talent to drive our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead End-to-End Recruitment Cycles: Manage the entire recruitment process for global and executive positions from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
· Conduct In-Depth Interviews: Engage with candidates through comprehensive face-to-face interviews to assess fit and potential for the organization.
· Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Senior leaders and directors to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the decision-making process.
· Collaborative Engagement: Actively participate in management meetings and deliver impactful presentations, data and initiatives to stakeholders.
· Offer Management: Craft competitive salary packages and extend formal job offers, handling negotiations with finesse and professionalism.
