What you’ll be doing:
You will own production wafer and substrate supply commitments for multiple products by planning, scheduling, and monitoring wafers through bump and sort.
Collaborate with substrate partners to drive closure of substrate supply shortages.
Collaborating with capacity planning, Influencing downstream capacity investment needed.
Working closely with the supply chain management to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Analyze planning strategies and priority trade-offs with business units to optimize supply to meet customer demand and revenue targets.
Evaluate weekly supply changes and present to management.
Communicate priorities and ensure build plans are met by working closely with planning and execution teams in Israel and Asia.
Lead continuous improvement efforts in support of organizational strategies.
What we need to see:
5+ years of experience in supply chain/operations, preferably with a background in semiconductors or wafer/chip planning.
BA/BS degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Excel, advanced planning software/ERP, and other business software applications (advantages to SAP).
Experience in a fast-paced production environment with various constraints.
Proven problem-solving, analytical and complex modelling skills.
Ability to work and communicate with senior executive level staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
