Responsibilities
Solve diverse and complex problems of scale, performance, and availability
Take part in all development aspects, from design to production
Initiate and promote new ideas for continuous improvement of product functionality
Learn/implement new technologies to accommodate feature development requirements
Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
Requirements:
5+ years of backend development experience
2+ years of experience working with TypeScript / Node.js
Experience with large-scale production environments, microservices architecture, and both relational and NoSQL databases at scale
At least 2 years of experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP), Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD tools
Experience working with Nginx, PHP-FPM, and WordPress Ecosystem – a major advantage
Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and firewall management – an advantage
Experience working with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana – an advantage
