Requirements:
-At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience
-Experience with complex technologies (e.g., BigData, DevOps, GenAI, ML, GraphDB, Blockchain, etc.)
-Ability to learn independently with a passion for new technology and artificial intelligence
-Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
-Proficiency in various backend technologies (e.g., JAVA, NodeJS. Significant advantage for Python )
-Presentable, with direct interaction with clients
-Experience in managing small teams and driving them to success
