Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Provide actionable insights to all marketing teams (Search, Social, Engagement, Partnerships, etc.)
Analyze and forecast the efficiency of different marketing channels, campaigns, and growth initiatives
Work closely with leadership to provide strategic recommendations based on data insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive tangible results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing and sales performance
Translate sales and marketing requirements to analytical logics, and create clear visualizations to "tell the story"
Develop dashboards and reports to communicate and visualize key metrics and findings to stakeholders
See beyond the numbers to identify hidden insights and define relevant measures to help inform, influence, support and execute business decisions
Manage multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales analytics
5+ years of experience as a BI/Data Analyst
2+ years of experience working in a SaaS B2B company
Proficiency in SQL is mandatory; experience working with large datasets – big advantage
Experience with Tableau must
Experience with Salesforce – must
Strong Excel skills – must
Python – advantage
Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing KPIs best practices in SaaS B2B must
BSc/BA in quantitative field in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
Detailed-oriented, passion for producing high-level accurate data products
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player, effective interpersonal skills and good vibes. Manage relationships with key partners across different functions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
