we are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Owning the CRM (Salesforce) , as well as integrations with other marketing and sales tech stack (HubSpot, Outreach, Dreamdata, ZoomInfo, Dock, and more), including hands-on management of setting up flows, automations, rules and CRM enhancements.
Work closely with GTM teams, including customer success, partnerships, finance and senior management, to report/ track KPIs and OKRs for the GTM team, enhance workflow efficiency and improve revenue alignment between teams.
Design, manage and optimize the customer lifecycle stages from lead generation through acquisition to customer retention.
Define the metrics that matter and package these measurements into dashboards and reports to evaluate the companys business performance (ROI, attribution, forecasting, acquisition costs, revenue, account expansion, retention and more).
Partner with our EVP Sales, Growth Marketing and Outbound Sales (BDRs) to ensure strong lead management and handover processes to Sales are in place and used effectively.
Actively monitor, analyze and report on the health of pipeline, ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition, and campaign activity and results utilizing Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Data Studio and other marketing and analytics platforms.
Assist with regular list-segmentation and database maintenance and ensure data quality and integrity.

Requirements:
Professional written and spoken English a must.
3+ years of Sales operations / Marketing operations / Revenue operations experience in a B2B environment a must.
2+ years of Salesforce administration experience a must.
2+ years experience working with BI / analytics tools (Looker, Tableau) significant advantage.
Knowledge of HubSpot and its integration with Salesforce significant advantage.
Project management experience.
Clear understanding of marketing and sales processes including account-based marketing and sales, campaign planning and execution, pipeline management, forecasting etc.
Self-motivated and independent
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
