Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the execution of paid media initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and timelines.
* Design, implement, and continuously refine processes to optimize the efficiency of paid media activities.
* Work closely with various teams, including creative, analytics, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Assist in managing the budget for paid media campaigns, ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
* Oversee the tracking and reporting of key performance metrics for all paid media activities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related updates, providing regular status reports to the Paid Media Director and other senior leadership.
* Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a performance marketing or digital marketing environment.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, digital funnels, and media buying strategies.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proven experience in process development and optimization
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
