The Project Manager will lead, coordinate and perform of Magnus-Metals main R D projects and tasks, based upon the professional background, and hold a central role in effectively executing top-priority activities.
Lead multidisciplinary system -related projects in collaboration with R D staff according to the company procedures
Assist VP R D VP Programs in coordination, execution and follow-up of ongoing tasks.
Present project plans and conduct design reviews
Lead and drive project execution
Develop a close partnership with the production and operation teams
Analyze project status on an ongoing basis and report project outcomes.
Take effective decisions, inform on risks in advance, perform risk mitigation and escalation.
Generate coherent TEST reports and recommend next steps for improvement.
Effectively advance and track the project during its lifecycle

Requirements:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Physics/Electrical/Mechanical/Process Engineering
10 years of experience in working with complex technological systems
5+ years of project management experience in multi-disciplinary (HW SW) companies, with proven success in managing complex projects.
Technical understanding and passion.
system engineering experience – preferable
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Ability to work in a methodic and orderly manner
High learning ability and presentation skills.
User Experience of MS Office programs
Flexibility under technical and schedule constraints.
Strong attention to details: deadlines, scope, budget, technical details etc.
Initiator, self-driven, highly independent.
Planner and executor.
Problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
