The opportunity
As a Senior Professional in Sourcing Operations (SO), you will lead the end-to-end source-to-contract (S2C) process, overseeing both system and operational activities within Global Procurement (GP). Your role includes managing Sourcing RFx events, such as eAuctions, and handling the review and approval of contracts. In this position, you will support the Legal Procurement Category and provide extended assistance to the Indirect Procurement Categories Leads. This support involves negotiating, managing S2C activities of medium to high complexity, and overseeing both assigned end-to-end S2C activities (of lower complexity) and cross-functional initiatives.
How you’ll spend your day
Lead source-to-contract (S2C) activities on the Ariba Sourcing and Contracting platform, including establishing sourcing events, eAuctions, processing contract approvals etc.
Provide data analysis for sourcing activities, such as price comparisons
Run RFx events in the Ariba Sourcing module, including event setup, CDA acquisition, RFP response scenarios, and supplier risk assessments
Achieve savings and working capital improvements in alignment with Global Indirect Procurement Category Leads; support contract negotiations and management, ensuring successful execution, coordination with the legal team, and management of ongoing stakeholder needs
Oversee the contract review and approval process, including quality review of the contract components, adherence to GP processes, and management of amendments, bid waivers, and legacy contract uploads
Support the implementation and testing of changes to Ariba modules and facilitate change management in the S2C process
Manage small and medium-sized projects in alignment with Indirect Global Procurement Leads
