Youll lead a small team of PMMs and together craft the PMM strategy, positioning, and messaging for numerous B2B products. Youll work hand in hand with the Platform Product team to identify core product narratives, plan an ambitious launch schedule, and manage the entire product and feature launch process across all of our platform products. A key part of your role will be to become an expert in the Generative AI and Large Language Model market, with a deep understanding of both enterprise customer and developer pain points and requirements for their buyer journey, as well as thorough knowledge of the dynamic competitive landscape. Were looking for someone who can take complex technical products and craft an accessible and compelling story for both high touch enterprise clients and the long tail of developers. Its critical that this role deeply understands the GenAI ecosystem and can think creatively to define unique and differentiated positioning.
Role and Responsibilities
Craft a holistic & differentiated product narrative across our B2B products that supports both a high touch and developer focused marketing motion
Work closely with the platform product team manage to effectively bring to market an ambitious product roadmap of new features and products
Be a key point of communication and alignment between marketing, product, and sales
Develop collateral and enablement materials to support our fast-growing sales team
Drive competitive analysis and market research, and use that research to successfully differentiate our messaging
Define KPIs for the PMM team that track the success of product launches, messaging and content deliverables
5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, preferably with a focus on a complex SaaS product that has a large developer ecosystem.
Experience managing people.
