Key Responsibilities
Work with customers, MSPs and other stakeholders, internal and external, to understand what will make our product great.
Take a significant part in defining the product roadmap and be responsible for executing it.
Generate KPIs and strong analytics of how our users experience our solution.
Deep technical research into Microsoft, Google and other email delivery solutions to expand our differentiation in the market.
Nurture mutually beneficial relationships with Microsoft and Google Product Management and R&D.
Work closely with the R&D team and UX designer, deliver the requirements, and follow up on them until rollout.
Master our competitors solutions and find ways to expand our differentiation.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in product management.
Experience with technical research and working with technical partners (advantage – experience with email architecture/security).
Ability to deliver ideas and mock-ups fast.
Ability to manage a customer conversation, understanding the needs and communicating roadmap.
Experience and/or good understanding of the different personas in cyber security teams – Advantage.
Excellent English.
