We're looking for an Autonomous Product Manager to supercharge efficiency across our company's internal teams. In this role you'll:
Own cross-company automation initiatives end-to-end from discovery and scoping through MVP, rollout, and continuous improvement
Map complex processes and identify leverage points for automation and assisted workflows
Leverage our company's GenAI and automation platforms (like n8n) to build and deploy agent-based products, taking them from concept to full production
Operate in a microsquad leveraging existing platforms and your hands-on skills to deliver products from early POC to working solutions in production
Instrument everything define baselines, ship dashboards, and track impact (hours saved, cycle time, accuracy rates, SLA adherence, auditability)
Shepherd change management with stakeholders through crisp docs, training sessions, feedback loops, and landing new ways of working
Partner deeply with engineering, data, and design teams to prioritize the highest-ROI bets and de-risk launches.

Requirements:
5+ years as a product manager in successful startups or fast-growing companies
Hands-on experience building GenAI applications and automation frameworks (Flowise, n8n, etc.)
Self-organized and process-driven approach with excellent leadership skills
Ability to understand complex processes and spot improvement opportunities
Data-driven analytical thinking with perfect English and communication skills
Experience leading small, agile teams and a passion for continuous learning
Ability to work in our Tel Aviv office a minimum of 3 days a week
