* You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.
* You have a deep understanding of the product cycle. You have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at speed.
* You are analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions. You know your way around, analytics tools as well as user interviews and surveys.

Responsibilities:
About the Position In this role, you will be a significant part of the Product team that links the business, the customers and the technology together to a coherent path for redefining how commercial beekeeping and crop pollination is being done. You will have the freedom and encouragement to experiment, improve, invent and innovate on behalf of our customers and team. Some of the company`s Product challenges in the foreseeable future –
* Create an optimal experience for different user personas that use our product.
* Create habits of use amongst our customers (commercial beekeepers)
* Discover additional value and features that our customers need and want.
As Part of This Role, You Will:
* Set the mid-term (~1 year) vision as well as taking part in the long term roadmap for our product, with the right measurements of success and KPIs.
* Make this vision a reality in partnership with UX, engineering, and internal partner teams.
* Learn from customer feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time that will actually move the needle.
* Create a product that people use, and more importantly, love using. Do this by thinking like them and understand their challenges.
* Collaborate and generate alignment with cross-functional teams by setting clear direction, providing context and making sure everyone is working towards the same goal.
* Take full responsibility and ownership of the product all the way from inception to production.
* Travel 2-3 times a year to meet with customers and internal stakeholders, currently in the US.
