What you’ll do:
Lead the product end-to-end for our rapidly growing platform, from vision to adoption, defining the product roadmap and KPIs, working inbound with engineering and UX scrums to build new solutions, and communicating outbound with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to ensure product success.
Perform ongoing analysis and research of customer requests, track product adoption metrics and KPIs, market solutions, and industry trends to define and scope the next product capabilities.
Conduct regular customer calls to derive customer insights into business plans. Collect, prioritize, and create product requirements, user stories, and journeys to achieve the optimal user experience for your products.
Lead sprint planning sessions, establishing clear goals for the development teams’ forthcoming sprints based on the organizations priorities.
Work closely in scrums with the UX and engineering teams to drive high-quality execution and deployment of new features.
4+ years of experience in Product Management roles from a leading B2B company.
Experience in leading enterprise-grade products that users love to adopt with a high emphasis on great user experience.
Experience in data-driven decision-making, KPIs, and product metric tracking.
A self-motivated, accountable, and business-minded approach, with the ability to work autonomously.
A team player, with an innovative, can-do attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Excellent written and verbal English presentation and communication skills.
