About The Role:
Develop new products from scratch, presenting and suggesting innovative ideas to expand our product portfolio and enhance customer experience
Take charge of the entire product lifecycle, starting with collecting and analyzing customer needs to define roadmaps and detailed functional specifications
Design engaging consumer experiences by applying UX best practices
Effectively prioritize tasks and allocate resources to optimize productivity and efficiency
Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring the product meets high standards of performance and user satisfaction
Drive the adoption of the product by implementing strategies to increase user engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C or B2B2C companies
Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
Perfect English & Hebrew and communication skills
Strong focus on details and transforming opportunities into features and products that create great user experiences.
Analytical mindset with expertise in combining qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions. Experience with A/B tests, analytics tools, user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, including product vision, strategy, and roadmap development.
Proactive, highly motivated, and a team player who takes full ownership of projects.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively.
Advantages / nice to have:
A background in IoT/multidisciplinary products, specializing in our market.
Retail technology experience would be an asset.
