Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into compelling designs.
Lead design projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from research and ideation to execution and iteration.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to bring design concepts to life.
Design pixel-perfect UI aligned with UX best practices and our Design System.
Conduct usability testing and research to ensure optimal user experience for both internal and external users.
Work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive product impact.
Clearly document and present design solutions, insights, and research findings in a business-friendly manner.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in enterprise (B2B) applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach.
Ability to support agile development cycles with rapid prototyping tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design for complex products.
BA degree in Visual Communication or a related field.
Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
