As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in driving our product strategy and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of user experience for our B2B and B2C customers
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver innovative, high-impact product experiences.
Working with leaders across organizational boundaries to balance business goals while prioritizing user needs.
Translate product requirements and concepts into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, designs, and microcopy, with a focus on enhancing user experience.
Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interactive experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with our brand identity.
Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the user experience is always the top priority.
Develop and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across the product, contributing to an improved overall user experience.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
