Responsibilities – what youll be doing:
Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final implementation
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and execute design solutions
Mentor and provide guidance to our junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Keep developing and maintaining our design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions
Iterate on designs based on feedback and data, ensuring the best possible user experience
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus
Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Experience with managing designers.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, and interaction design
Experience with user research methods and usability testing
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
Experience with design systems and component libraries
