In this role, youll collaborate with top talent as part of our mobile experiences team. Youll play a key role in our companys mission, working on our core consumer product that directly impacts users around the world. Were not just designing apps; we’re reshaping the way people experience transportation in their everyday lives.
What you’ll do:
Lead the design process for significant product areas from concept to implementation, while understanding technical constraints and spotting opportunities out of it.
Perform user research & usability test sessions and translate insights into design decisions.
Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Promote product discovery and ideation.
Work through the entire lifecycle of the project and collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders.
5 + years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in leading design projects from concept to launch.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions and rationale clearly.
Craftsmanship – You have a high bar for craft and quality in your work
Proficient with Figma, and high-fidelity prototyping tool.
Experience in motion and interaction design (advantage)
Experience working on customer-facing mobile applications (advantage)
Can-do approach, great social skills, and a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Able to take ownership, work independently & be accountable for your work.
