We are looking for an experienced, independent designer, who is passionate about taking complex problems and turning them into simple engaging user experiences to join our team.
On a typical day youll:
Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through ideation and testing to creating a pixel-perfect UI, and delivering it to development
Solve complex product challenges within platform
Collaborate and work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Writers, Data analysts and UX research capabilities
Participate in discovery efforts to generate and understand user needs and opportunities
Validate design ideas by building mockups and prototypes, and conducting usability tests to rapidly test and iterate your designs
Collaborate & work closely with other designers to share knowledge and best practices
Work with and contribute to our Design System and ensure user experience consistency across the platform
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer in-house at a B2B/B2C product company
Bachelors degree in Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
Deep understanding of user-centered and data-driven design methodologies
High proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and working with Design System components
Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience in designing complex and data-intensive products and platforms
Excellent English language proficiency in both written and verbal communication and presentations.
