Build design processes to improve product quality and design velocity.
Conduct extensive product research, synthesizing insights from various sources including market trends, support tickets, competitor analysis, interviews, and feedback sessions.
Champion design across the organization as a driving force for product and business decision-making.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the design team.
