Youll take full ownership of the design process from uncovering user needs and surfacing hidden opportunities to ideating, prototyping, and designing intuitive, visually polished solutions. Youll also play a key role in building feedback loops that help the product evolve and deliver meaningful impact.
What youll do
Lead end-to-end product design: research, ideation, flows, wireframes, visual design.
Design intuitive, user-centered solutions in a data-rich B2B environment.
Translate complex workflows into accessible product experiences.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and fellow designers.
Facilitate design reviews, usability tests, and continuous iteration.
Contribute to the Design System and design culture at large scale.
What you have:
5+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end.
Background in B2B or complex systems.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and refined UI execution.
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant program (Visual Communications, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, HCI).
Experience designing data tools, analytics platforms, or marketing technologies.
