What you will be doing:
New critical component Qualification and Reliability assessment.
Run DOEs and corners samples analysis to evaluate system level performance.
Set automation tools ,monitors and screening methodologies to control critical components introduction to the manufacturing line.
Investigation of reliability issues at the CM and Customers sites.
What we need to see:
B.SE from Electrical, Material, Physics, and Chemistry fields or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in IC/Silicon manufacturing processes including fabrication, test and assembly flow.
Strong statistical and data analysis background (JMP or other tools)
Good understanding of product/test HW/Test software/Mechanical integration.
Strong problem-solving, Self-Learner, multi-tasking and prioritization ability.
Ability to drive projects to full execution, Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with IC Lab measurements using source meter, Scope, spectrum analyzer, optical power meter etc.
Familiarity with electro optical devices (Lasers and Detectors) and high speed fiber optics products.
Knowledgeable in DFT/DFM/DOE techniques.
Experience in electro optical assembly lines.
