This role seeks a Senior Product Analyst to join the product department's data group, contributing to our rapid growth. The team's core mission is to elevate business decisions and enhance product value through in-depth data analysis and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. The analyst will own multiple data projects, drive platform health monitoring, and deliver actionable insights across the organization.
Responsibilities
Extract, Analyze, and Report: Initiate analysis on product data using Snowflake and Python to generate reports for feature tracking, experimentation, and product/platform health monitoring.
Model Integration Support: Collaborate with the Data Science team to develop and review training labels, analyze model results for feature biases, and contribute to model insights and accuracy KPIs (e.g., recall and precision).
Production Enablement: Generate content and configurations from analysis that can be directly loaded into production engines to improve delivered customer value.
Automation and Development: Develop automated solutions for collecting and extracting data from external sources and contribute to the team's Python Library, Docker image, and EKS platform maintenance.

Requirements:
5+ years of professional work experience in product analytics.
3+ years of proven, production-level expertise in Python design and coding.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and demonstrable strong statistical foundations.
Proven record in building data sets for fine tuning ML models and establishing methods for QAing and probing models.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in data analysis specifically within a cybersecurity context and company.
Experience with data governance strategies, data modeling, events, and funnel tracking methodology.
Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Redash) and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo).
Educational foundation with a BA/B.Sc. degree in a statistical or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering).
Basic technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
Knowledge of cyber security compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF).
