What you’ll be doing
Uncover User Needs & Drive Product Strategy: Conduct user research, analyze user behavior data, and translate insights into actionable product recommendations that drive growth and engagement
Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics tools and user data to measure product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and A/B test new features to ensure maximum impact
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner effectively with product managers, engineers, and data team to ensure a seamless user experience and successful product launches
Storytelling with Data: Transform complex data sets into clear and compelling narratives, present insights to stakeholders, and influence product decisions based on the data
3+ years of experience in a Product Analyst role, demonstrating a strong understanding of the product management process while working with multiple stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in SQL and analyzing large volumes of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, leveraging analysis tools to effectively manage, manipulate, and derive meaningful insights from data
Experience designing, implementing and analyzing A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes and optimize user experience
A track record of defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs to measure product success and inform data-driven decision-making
A proactive, results-driven individual with a strong inclination for taking initiative and pushing boundaries to achieve goals effectively
