You will be exposed to various aspects of Architecture, design, DPM/FIT prediction and will be responsible for modelling and development of long term reliability for Network-ICs. What you’ll be doing:
Interact with Architecture and design team on various requests applying to reliability.
Modelling and development of long-term reliability for Network-ICs.
Developing DPM/FIT predictions models for various reliability mechanisms.
Apply product decisions based on pre Si predictions combined with post Si data.
Monitor and supervise Signoff methods and specific product decisions/ waivers.
What we need to see:
B.Sc. degree in Electrical/Computer engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience with IC pre Si Q&R.
Experience foundry reliability modeming.
Understanding of design phases and methods (speak design language).
Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups.
Strong problem-solving skills and methodical thinking.
Curious, inquisitive, detail oriented, leader.
Multi-tasking capabilities.
High self-learning skills and independence level.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Knowledge of IC DFT an advantage.
Knowledge of industry timing tools and methods.
Background of RV tools and methods.
Experience with semiconductor manufacturing process an advantage.
