We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Manager to lead our planning team, support growing demand forecasting, and supply chain synchronization for our complex hardware portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning Leadership: Develop and execute the full NPI-to-EOL planning process. Lead the S&OP cycle to align Sales, Finance, and Operations.
Team & Process Excellence: Mentor and lead the planning team. Drive continuous process improvement and tool enhancement (ERP/MRP).
Supply/Demand Management: Oversee accurate demand forecasting, optimize inventory (complex BOMs/long lead times), and mitigate supply chain risks.
Manage and optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, balancing service levels and budget goals.

7+ years of progressive experience in Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Management in the high-tech hardware industry.
Proven success leading a planning team and driving complex process improvements.
Expert-level proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite – advantage)
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence executive stakeholders.
Fluent in English
