The opportunity
 

The CCSI coordinator is responsible for all aspects of CCSI creation, maintenance and distribution, making sure all CCSIs are prepared in line with Teva corporate requirements, ensuring execution, monitoring and oversight of required activities. The CCSI coordinator supports maintenance of CCSI-related SOPs and WIs, CCSI-related training materials and serves as a back-up on CCSI-related topics in audits and inspections.
How you’ll spend your day
 

Responsible for initiating, writing, quality controlling and distributing updated CCSIs 
Maintaining the relevant CCSI tracking sheets 
Actively supporting and upgrading CCSI distribution system 
Conducting and documenting regular searches of HMA, EMA, EC and other websites for safety-related information, making decisions to act appropriately according to relevant safety related information 
Supporting TPC SOP/WI preparation
Actively supporting monitoring activities performed in the CCSI team 
Providing training on CCSI-related topics 
Support in audits and inspections for CCSI-related topics 
Assuring all tasks are performed in line with relevant procedures 
Other tasks assigned by the direct manager
