Proactively identify optimization opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders for continuous feedback and improving user experience.
Ensuring compliance with Payment providers and regulations.
Executing, monitoring, and reconciling payments across various channels.
Collaborating with providers to optimize processes and resolve issues.

Understanding of all aspects of a payment transaction, from payment acceptance, reconciliation, disputes, cross-border payments, and payouts.
Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail, combined with a broad and comprehensive business vision.
Readiness to work in a high-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
Quick-thinking, fast learner, and problem solver.
Master abilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
Hands-on SQL skills- Must.
Bachelors degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years experience in payment management / Payment Service Provider.
