Plan, manage, optimize, and scale Paid Social Campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, Tik Tok and other major networks.
Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct in-depth data analysis, and provide actionable insights to drive ongoing improvement and optimization.
Take ownership of campaign measurement and reporting, producing detailed weekly and monthly reports across all relevant channels.
Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring different social platforms and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Creative, and Analytics, to ensure seamless alignment and synergy across all marketing initiatives.
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for scaling campaigns, translating insights and previous performance into effective media plans.
Stay informed about competitor activities, including best practices, creative strategies, conversion funnels, and offers, to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing global campaigns on Meta.
2+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing.
Experience managing other paid channels, such as TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat, is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
Deep understanding of conversion-rate optimization strategies and A/B testing methodologies.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing web and app funnels to drive conversions and enhance conversion.
Experience managing monthly budgets in the six-figure range (USD) is required.
A passion for football and other sports is an advantage.
Fluency in English is a must, with additional languages like Portuguese and Spanish being a strong advantage.
