We are looking for a Senior Monetization Manager – Temporary Position.
What You'll Do:
Managing Online Video Campaigns: Responsible for the setup, day-to-day operations and optimization of online video advertising campaigns, to achieve monetization KPIs on the world's leading publishers.
Efficient Performance Issue Resolution: Monitoring performance issues and providing solutions in a fast and accurate manner.
Mutual Work: Collaborate with our Partner Success Team (in TLV and NYC) to operate all monetization aspects.
Data-Driven Yield Strategy Optimization: Analyze and optimize campaign performance, offering recommendations for yield strategy based on data-driven insights for each advertisers campaign.
Advertiser Management & Integration Oversight. Responsible for managing advertisers by overseeing technical and business aspects, including the integration of new demand partners into our revenue solutions.
You will report to the Video Team Lead.
This position is temporary with a 12-month contract.

4+ years experience in a related position (Campaign Manager, Ad Operations Manager, Account Manager, etc.).
Comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
Expertise in digital ad operations management and data analysis.
Extensive knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, video platforms, and measurement partners.
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Self-starter with a passion for independently managing and tracking large-scale projects.
Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advantage: Strong experience with Aniview Ad server.
