We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product to join our YAHTZEE with Buddies in Barcelona/Tel Aviv on a hybrid basis!

What youll do
Own feature release from conceptualization to feature launch and long term feature maintenance, collaborating with all related subject matter experts
Create compelling pitches for feature improvements & extensions to address identified problems
Own KPIs of live features & be incharge on the features performance through data analysis, user behavior, academic research and industry best practices
Leverage quantitative insights (via the Analytics team), qualitative data (via Community, CS, etc.), and your own familiarity with the game to provide a best-in-class experience that will keep players coming back for years
Collaborate with senior leadership to help define the overall roadmap for the game, as well as for your team, based on current product needs and strategic objectives with an eye toward systems and mechanics that move metrics as well as tools that improve organizational efficiency
Partner with the analytics, economy & LiveOps teams to maximize features impact
Build and lead a team of performance PMs to execute on your product strategy & performance goals.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product roles, preferably F2P mobile casual games or other consumer-facing products
3+ years of experience leading product teams and making data-informed decisions
A track record of elevating product KPIs effectively, especially in F2P games at scale
Strong Quantitative Capabilities: intermediate business statistics knowledge, able to translate product problems into analytics problems, develop and test hypotheses, interpret data in a meaningful and actionable way
Be a leader that is able to deploy resources against highest impact initiatives, understand tradeoffs, anticipate & mitigate risks from afar, manage people’s expectations & maintain a high quality of deliverables
Strong verbal & written communication skills. Able to articulate the why instead of just the how and what to drive team-wide alignment on the product vision
Profound knowledge of behavioral economics and product/player lifecycles management
Engage and inspire team members to deliver the best quality product possible
Strong in execution and outcome-driven
Driven & entrepreneurial.
