Required Senior Field Marketing Manager, TIMEA
Location: Remote, Israel, Tel Aviv preferred
TIMEA (Turkey, Israel, Middle East and Africa) brings together a number of high growth markets into one of the four strategic regions in the company, alongside Europe, APAC and the Americas. This role reports to the VP Global Field Marketing but will work closely with the regional VP of Sales based in Tel Aviv, as well as their management team including the Senior Manager Channels & Alliances TIMEA and the Solution Engineering Manager, TIMEA.
The Senior Field Marketing Manager, TIMEA will be responsible for building the regional Field Marketing plan in order to help meet pipeline and awareness. Whilst you own the TIMEA Field Marketing strategy, you will also collaborate with the broader marketing team to present to sales the full TIMEA marketing plan. This means working closely with the corporate PR, digital, partner and community marketing teams in the role as advocate for the TIMEA region, coordinating and influencing spend and keeping them updated on the region's needs and priorities. You will also use our analytics tools to help make data driven decisions on where to focus time and investment.
TIMEA has some of the largest customers and is experiencing substantial growth in multiple countries. We are looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Field Marketeer who can help accelerate the pipeline we already have, as well as find new opportunities and increase awareness of our brand. This role will call for impressive relationship-building and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
Develop, and be responsible for the execution of, the TIMEA Field Marketing plan.
Align with regional leadership (sales, solution engineering, partner) to meet regional goals.
Create and deliver marketing programs and activities that leverage the full marketing mix including events, digital, PR, and our developer relations teams.
Oversee the sales management reporting and SDR/sales follow-up of marketing qualified leads.
Manage a regional spend as allocated within the marketing budget.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Field Marketing programs.
Participate as a fully engaged member of both the global Field Marketing and extended marketing team.
Plan and assist in the execution of partner events and conferences in cooperation with Partner Marketing and Business Development Teams.

Requirements:
+5 years of experience leading and executing field marketing programs
Demonstrable focus on pipeline growth and high-quality execution
Proven track record of breaking into new markets, segments, or creative problem solving with a bias towards action and measurement.
A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.
Experience marketing with Cloud Service Providers, in particular AWS or Google Cloud
Has the ability to create or adapt technical messaging for local markets?
Experience in marketing to Software Developers and Architects is a plus.
Experience in database or infrastructure marketing a plus.
