As Senior Manager, Data Analysis, you will be at the forefront of our data-driven decision-making efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy, building and leading a high-performing data team, and driving data initiatives that support our business objectives.
What Youll Do:
Data Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and execute a data strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision.
Define and communicate the data vision and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Analytics and Insights:
Drive the analysis of complex data sets to derive actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics, and establish data-driven performance measurement frameworks.
Data Integration and ETL:
Manage data integration processes and ETL pipelines to ensure efficient and timely data flow.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with engineering and IT teams.
Reporting and Visualization:
Oversee the creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Work closely with business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable data insights.

Proven experience (7 + years) in a leadership role in data management, analytics, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of data architecture, database design, and data modeling.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Snowflake).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., ThoughSpot, Power BI).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations.
Startup experience is a plus.
