Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Supply Chain Team, request quotes from carriers, select the most cost-effective
bid, coordinate E2E transport related activities (between SC Team, vendors, carriers and the LSP/WH);
Regular revision of SOP and SOX documents, prepare and host internal and external WH audits;
Keep the annual logistics costs within the operating budget, identify potential cost-cutting procedures,
and present them to the direct manager;
Independently manage cyclic scrap waste disposal and inventory activities;
Host weekly meetings with the LSP and prepare cyclic reports to SC Management and Executive Board
Expectations
Bachelor’s degree in business-related field (Logistics or Economics);
Min. 3 years of work experience within Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Customer Service;
Active use of business English (both oral and written);
You have ability to understand, process and translate data in E2E context;
You enjoy working with the team on the projects but also be able to perform and work independently;
Advanced user of MS Teams and M365 apps (with focus on pivot tables and advanced Excel functions);
Knowledge of logistics SAP modules, Power BI, Co-Pilot can be an advantage;
Driving License is necessary (category B)
