We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer.
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is an expert in operations of enterprise virtualization, compute, storage and data protection solutions. This multifaceted role will drive and deliver against operational best practices and global standards.
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be a knowledge and thought leader whose experience and expertise will help mentor junior members. They will lead by example in all processes and procedures; identify and recommend improvements to existing operations and practices; review, design, and implement new technology.
In this role, you will:
Plan, Deliver and Standardize environment of Highly Available, Reliable Computing Virtualization Systems, Storage and Data Protection against architectural standards.
Drive to standards, policies, configuration guidelines and procedures for infrastructure operations.
Manage Performance tuning and Capacity Planning of production systems and storage
Optimize and maximize computing and storage resources in relation to business requirements.
Provide technology insight and response to inquiries from internal departments and organizations.
Work with vendors and partners on issues relating to the Data Center Infrastructure.
Build partnerships with vendors to ensure operational excellence and security practices.
Project management of internal infrastructure projects and short-term task goals.
Implement improved methods and tools for troubleshooting incidents and root cause analysis
Work within the companys project standards and methodologies.
Manage cross-functional Engineering projects.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing one or more compute platforms Dell, HP, Cisco
Minimum 5 years of experience managing virtualization technologies VMWare, AHV; Hyper-V
Minimum 5 years of experience managing storage platforms NetApp, EMC, Pure
Highly proficient with Microsoft Windows or Linux operating systems
Practical understanding and application of Infrastructure Architecture
Public cloud experience preferred
The ability to work and team effectively with clients, management, and vendors in a multi-tiered fast paced environment
Proven ability to operate infrastructure within ITIL and ITSM methodologies
Implementation and operation experience in alignment with regulatory requirements such as SOX, SOC2, HITRUST, and PCI-DSS
Working knowledge and experience of NIST architectural framework.
