As an HR People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Aura team and ensuring the effectiveness of our HR programs. You will be reporting to a Director of HR, and will collaborate with colleagues across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions to drive employee Lifecyle, engagement, growth, and compliance with local employment laws.
What you'll be doing
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, guiding people management practices, legal compliance, and employee engagement
Support the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and initiatives to enhance the employee experience
Collaborate with regional compliance leaders to address sensitive and confidential issues and drive compliance efforts
Participate in global HR initiatives and projects, offering insights and thought leadership to guide decision-making
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in an HR advisory role, working closely with managers, senior managers, and directors on legal compliance, employee engagement, and critical initiatives
Strong mentorship, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence others effectively
Good English – verbal and writing
Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment
