Develop and implement a people plans aligned with the site objectives.
Manage the full employee lifecycle and experience.
Drive performance management and rewards practices.
Lead organizational changes and cultural transformations.
Design and deliver wellbeing programs and local initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and leadership.
Collaborate across the HR network to resolve issues and generate solutions.
Drive employee engagement initiatives
Lead learning organizational capabilities solutions.
Partner with stakeholders for needs analyses and solution scoping.
Curate resources, design curriculum, and apply innovative methodologies.
Create effective learning experiences using advanced instructional tools.
Your experience and qualifications
4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / HR Manager in the industry
3+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
Ability to translate changing business objectives into effective HR plans.
Proven track record in organizational change management.
Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
High level of drive, resilience, and self-motivation with a positive attitude.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
