Mobileye is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Manager to lead our Hardware Board Design Engineering team within the AV department. You will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and execution of cutting-edge AV products, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electronic boards and systems
What will your job look like?
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented hardware engineers.
Project Ownership: Oversee the design, development, and testing of electronic boards and systems throughout the project lifecycle, from initial definition to mass production release.
Technical Excellence: Ensure compliance with product requirements, certifications, and industry standards.
Design Oversight: Take full responsibility for electrical specifications, schematic design, design reviews, component selection, and layout considerations.
Lab Work: Conduct extensive bring-up, debugging, and validation of hardware designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, architecture, and manufacturing teams, to ensure seamless integration.
Customer Interaction: Represent the company in customer-facing engagements.
All you need is:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in hardware board design.
At least 3+ years of experience in a managerial role overseeing board design.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in digital circuits, power systems, and high-speed design.
System-level understanding, including hardware-software interfacing, validation, verification, design-for-test (DFT), and qualification.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
