As a Senior Game Designer, you'll own the game design aspect of our Hybrid/Casual games, overseeing the end-to-end process of building and launching chart-topping games with both internal and external teams.

Own all aspects of the games design: core gameplay, meta and monetization features.
Based on the games quarterly goals, youll be responsible for developing the design aspect roadmap to answer the game's pain points and growth opportunities.
Execute the design roadmap with the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

5+ years of hands-on experience in game design within top casual free2play mobile games – a must.
Natural sense for level design.
Excellent product sense.
Strong analytical skills, multitasking, and prioritizing ability.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
