5+ years of building software products.
Expertise with databases, data pipelines, and modern developer tools.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, docker, kubernetes & CI/CD.
Experience leading the design and implementation of one or more scalable systems.
Good understanding of the trade-offs between agility, performance, and maintainability.
