We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A to establish and lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function. This is a critical role that will provide strategic insights and financial leadership as we continue to scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and business strategy, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sector. You will work closely with the CFO and other senior leaders to shape the financial future of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Provide detailed analysis and insight into business performance, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business decisions and optimize performance.
Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, the board of directors, and investors.
Strategic Planning: Support the CFO in strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis related to business development opportunities. Assist in the evaluation of new business initiatives and product lines.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities. Drive automation and optimization of financial reporting tools.
Risk Management: Monitor financial risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior FP&A role.
Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is highly preferred.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, Pigment, Adaptive Insights, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior FP&A role.
