Define the roles, and implement and enforce processes, playbooks, KPIs, and tools to ensure consistent high-quality delivery.
Identify and resolve customer issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and support to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing operations, aligned with client needs.
Communicate customer feedback and needs to relevant teams to drive product and process improvements

Demonstrated leadership with 4+ years managing teams of Project Managers or Onboarding leads for Enterprise customers.
10+ years of experience in Project Management \ Onboarding management.
Proven track record in overseeing project delivery on time and at high quality for complicated B2B SaaS solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodologies, practices, and tools for Enterprise customers of different sizes.
Exceptional skills in team leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and motivated working environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong organization and management skills
Prior experience in a fintech company – a big advantage.
English – High Proficiency – a Must.
Relevant Bachelors degree
