Responsibilities:
* Analyze mobile app advertising data to optimize ad unit performance, user engagement, and monetization strategies
* Define, conduct and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different ad strategies
* Apply causality models to derive insights and measure the impact of ads on user behavior
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into business strategies
* Use SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Looker, Matplotlib) to analyze, report, and present data
* Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for ad performance
* Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize ad strategies and campaigns
* Manage data projects and mentor junior analysts when needed

Experience:
5+
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the mobile apps market.
* Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib)
* Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
* Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data
* Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment (people person)
* High motivation, proactiveness, curiosity and attention to detail
