As a part of your job you'll be a key contributor that's responsible for the execution and optimization of all clinical trial activities.
This role involves managing trial planning, initiation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines from planning to report.
Be a part of vendor selection and manage the vendor relationships, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Identify and mitigate risks, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with investigative sites.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Biology, Medical, pharmacology, etc.) – a must, advanced degree – an advantage.
3+ years of experience in clinical operations.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High-level proficiency in English.
Startup experience is advantageous.
data management skills are a plus.
