We're seeking a Senior Buyer to join our procurement team at Networks. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in managing our technological procurement activities, overseeing the Tech spend (MIS/R&D/IT) category, and ensuring optimal vendor agreements and purchasing procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs.
Guide colleagues from the global procurement team to achieve objectives.
Conduct market research and assess industry trends.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
Develop and maintain procurement metrics to measure performance.
Communicate procurement strategies and results to key stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in strategic procurement of communication products from a global company.
Experience multidisciplinary HW products , particularly hardware, SaaS, consultants, and integration companies.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of procurement best practices.
