We are looking for a Senior BI Developer.
As a Senior BI Developer, you will be a key member of the BI team, responsible for owning and optimizing our data lake, integrating with various services to enhance data quality, developing complex ETL processes, and working with petabytes of data. You will play a pivotal role in empowering our organization to make informed, data-driven decisions through the creation of self-service tools and robust analytics solutions, all while leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with different teams and services to seamlessly integrate and enrich data from diverse sources
Design, develop, and optimize complex ETL processes to support business requirements
Work with petabytes of data efficiently, optimizing processes for performance and scalability using Big Data technologies
Build user-friendly, self-service tools and dashboards to empower employees across the organization and enable non-technical users to access and analyze data for better decision-making
Integrate cutting-edge technologies and innovative approaches to enhance data processing and analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements:
3+ years of ETL development experience with proven high-quality deliverables
2+ years of Python programming
Master in SQL MUST
Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mentality that thrives in an agile work environment
Experience working with large data-sets
Experience with the Hadoop ecosystem (MapReduce, Hive, Spark)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
