Were looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our core engineering team and help us scale mission-critical services and build new capabilities around LLM-powered agents, HRTech integrations, and a growing global platform.
What Youll Be Doing:
Architect, build, and maintain robust and scalable backend services in Node.js
Design and implement cloud-native services on AWS, using Lambda, ECS, S3, and related tools.
Work with MongoDB, queues, and containers to handle high-volume async processing.
Integrate with 3rd-party systems via REST APIs, including HRTech platforms, ATS systems, and communication tools.
Build and maintain services that support our AI/LLM-driven agents (chatbots, screeners, scheduling assistants).
Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, and AI teams to ship high-impact features.
Follow engineering best practices around testing, observability, and CI/CD.

Requirements:
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience building backend services with Node.js.
Deep experience with Typeform, MongoDB, AWS, Lambda, Docker/containers, and message queues (e.g., SQS, RabbitMQ).
Proven experience in building or integrating LLM-based solutions (e.g., agents, bots, AI services).
Strong understanding of API design and systems integration.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mindset.
Passion for clean, scalable, and well-tested code.
What You Bring:
