7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development Must

Experience with TypeScript Advantage
Strong understanding of user experience principles and product thinking
Proven track record in designing and implementing testing platforms, including unit and integration tests
Solid experience in data modeling and schema design, particularly with PostgreSQL
Proficiency in deploying services using Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and AWS
Proven record of leading development projects and driving them to completion
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
A passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
