We are looking for an experienced analytics engineer to join our Core Data & Analytics team!
Our data group is in the middle of an exciting technological transformation. This transformation includes moving from an old school BI tool to a modern platform, remodeling our semantic layer, introducing conversational AI analytics and much more.
As an analytics engineer in this team, you will be right in the middle of this transformation, taking part in the implementation of our new technologies, tools and analytics capabilities. You will take part in the design, build, and go-to-market of our new data models and analytical applications. You will work closely with analysts across all domains, as well as with the Data Engineering team responsible for data ingestion and the DWH. You will work with our business stakeholders to build core data products and promote the adoption and use of our deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Gain a wide and deep understanding of our business and data across many domains
Master our new BI tool (Sigma), building core data models and dashboards, working with both analysts and business stakeholders
Assimilate the new BI tool with our business users in order to provide maximum value
Take part in building our Semantic model, via BI data models and later by introducing a semantic layer external tool (e.g. DBT semantic layer, Honeydew,..)
Define and build key company metrics
Promote our conversational AI analytics solution, ensuring it provides accurate and usable answers
Introduce additional AI based tools to enhance analysts efficiency, accuracy and productivity.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in data analysis and BI development
Extensive experience with various BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI,…)
Vast experience in modeling data, including business metrics and logic
Vast experience working with complex data sets and multiple sources of data, as well as a strong understanding of data pipelines from the raw level to the business layers.
Good communication and mentoring skills
Very methodological, accurate, and product-oriented approach
Experience working with DBT – advantage
Experience with a semantic layer tool (DBT semantic layer, Honeydew,..) – advantage
Experience in working in a SaaS and B2B company -an advantage.
